Delivery policy
Last updated 27 October 2026- Everything we sell is digital. Nothing is shipped.
- Your download links appear on the thank-you page as soon as your payment is confirmed.
- The same links are sent to the email address you give at checkout.
1. What you receive
Each ebook is delivered as Google Drive links to its files, such as a PDF and any bonus files listed on its page. There is no physical book.
2. When you receive it
Delivery starts as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within seconds. The links appear on the thank-you page, and we email them to the address you gave at checkout. If your payment is still being confirmed, the thank-you page says so and refreshes itself.
3. If you do not receive your links
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If the email has not arrived within an hour, contact us with your order ID or Razorpay payment ID. Email support@qwintsoft.com or message us on WhatsApp (+91 96646 03228), Mon to Sat, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm IST; Sunday, Closed, we reply Monday.
4. Keeping your links
The links are for your own use. Keep the email so you can download the files again later. Please do not share the links: anyone who has them can open the files.
